I am extremely pleased with my decision to use Tip Top to complete the installation of a brand new roof, facia boards, seamless gutters and downspouts. The entire process from initial estimate to completion was incredibly easy and straight forward. One thing that separates this estimate from multiple other estimates was the level of detail that EJ went into even though I just asked for a roof replacement. He took the time to point out that my facia boards needed replaced and re-wrapped my spouting was too small for the pitch and angle of my hip roof and gave me multiple options to choose from whether it was a complete replacement, a roof over, different sizes of seamless gutter, and multiple roofing products from three different roof system providers. Quite honestly this was the primary reason why I went with Tip top versus anyone else because he took the time to do his due diligence versus just quoting me for putting a roof on because all of my estimates ended up only being $200 difference.
Once the final estimate was completed I directed all of my questions to Melissa who was more than happy to assist and answer questions, help picking out colors and which roofing product manufacturer would work best. Melissa was very responsive to any emails or phone calls that I placed before during, and after the work was complete, and I am extremely happy with the service that I received.
